 Presenting
a house in its best light requires both art and
science. The initial consultation begins with
a home analysis using the One Day Scoring System.
"This numeric scoring system, referred to
as ACTION, is designed to quickly evaluate the
property and help the Seller move forward with
an Action Plan geared to ready the property for
sale."
This
one to two hour consultation will include a complete
walk through of the Seller's property during which
the Seller can take action notes and the meeting
will be followed with a written suggestion list
by Sew Elegant Interiors. To further enhance the
home's resale potential, a redesign staging can
be scheduled for one or more of the main living
areas.
 Using
the One Day Redesign
approach, these areas will be refreshed with existing
furniture and accessories to enhance the selling
features of the home. In some cases, furniture
and accessories may be removed. When selling a
